Thursday April 3rd from 10 am to 12:30 pm 

Let's see what gravity can do to help when painting.  How we have to settle objects down so they don't look like they are pasted onto a beautiful background.  The difference between a shadow and a reflection?  Have you ever done bokeh?

Learning new skills or honing techniques you've used before is important to all of us.  My days are filled with youtube videos, online classes, and perfecting things that were probably okay to begin with and then figuring out how to fix what I broke!!

Art is a journey.  Not a vacation...but still so rewarding.

What to Bring to Demo....

Print this photo reference and pattern for the demo and draw on 11 x 15 sheet or simply draw it free hand.

Recommended paint source - whatever you have - but you need at least one dark (i.e. Indigo, Neutral Tint, or a premixed dark)

We will be using gravity - so some sort of article that can be put under one edge of the painting (approx. 1-3" high) Roll of tape or two works.
