| SATELLITE LUNCHES We look forward to offering small group gatherings throughout our membership area. Please consider acting as a host for a meetup at a local cafe or restaurant. Our goal is to schedule these in November. Look for an email in mid-October with more information about our plan. How this works: Choose a cafe/restaurant*, date and time. Give the date, time and restaurant location to Ruth Vaccaro. An email list of all gatherings will be sent to members. Members can sign up for any lunches they wish to attend. * Please ask restaurant about separate checks. |
MUSEUM of AMERICAN ARTS & CRAFTS MOVEMENT 355 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 www.museummaacm.org Friday, December 4 at 10 AM We plan to ring in the holidays by experiencing this facility's RICH VISUAL ARCHIVE. The museum is home to a lovely collection of fine art, block prints, photographs and book illustrations as well as jewelry, pottery, stained glass, tiles and furniture representing the Arts & Crafts Movement. You can choose to take part in a PUBLIC GROUP TOUR at 11AM or use their mobile app for a SELF-GUIDED TOUR. We will meet for lunch at the the ARTS CAFE at NOON. |

| RINGLING MUSEUM of ARTS & BAYFRONT GARDENS 5401 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 - Museum opens at 10 AM -tentatively Tuesday January 5 - www.ringling.org This campus gives us several options for how we spend our time: - Watch a Suncoast volunteer's PLEIN AIR PAINTING DEMONSTRATION. - PHOTOGRAPH or PAINT ON YOUR OWN in the Gardens. - Take part in a FREE TOUR of the MUSEUM of ART (noon, 1PM, 2PM) or STROLL thru the CIRCUS MUSEUM. If so, purchase the museums+gardens $30 ticket. TICKET for BAYFRONT GARDENS ONLY - $5 TICKET for GARDENS, MUSEUM of ART, CIRCUS MUSEUM - $30 We will all gather to enjoy LUNCH at NOON. Meet at the picnic tables near the Rose Garden. Bring your own packed lunch or stop by Mabel's Coffee House to pick up a sandwich and drink.
