Recent Events Field Trip to the Chihuly Collection, Moreans Arts Center, and lunch at The Lure View a VIDEO of our excursion HERE! Eight of us met for an awe-inspiring tour of the Chihuly Collection, followed by a glass demonstration at the Morean Arts Center, with the talented glass artist Harry Boux and assisted by glass artist Kimberly Fahey. A fabulous lunch at The Lure followed.
Field Trip to Phillippi Estates and Farmer's Market October 15, 2025 Four of our members enjoyed a tour of the mansion and the farm house, strolled the grounds, visited the farmer's market and enjoyed a brown bag lunch in the gazebo. We had a delightful time and after trading painting and pigment tips, we all went home inspired.
Stay tuned for our next outing! Hope you can join us. | Board Meetings are typically the 2nd Tuesday from 3:00-4:30 via Zoom. Please email us if you are interested in attending. Upcoming Field Trips Sunken Gardens - Jan 6 Weedon Island Preserve - February 5 Satellite Gatherings - February/March James Museum of Western Art - mid-April "The field trips are great opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with members, have conversations about art, and explore our beautiful area." Satellite Gatherings Our membership community is quite spread out. We occasionally get together for informal gatherings, such as the Brown Bag Lunch during the big Florida Watercolor Society Convention. Our public gatherings will be posted here and on our Calendar, as well as emailed to Members. Invites to gatherings at private homes will only be visible when you are logged in. They will also be shared to members via email. Would you like to organize a small watercolor related gathering in your area? Click here to learn how. |
