Hello Fellow Painting Peeps!

When I first joined FSWS, I met several members because I made it a priority to attend monthly gatherings at various members’ homes. We each brought our own lunch, something creative that we were working on or have finished and felt it represented our creative side.  Meetings were very informal, informative and fun.  We got to exchange ideas, techniques and information and, best of all we met new people each month.  It gave us a reason to connect with like-minded people and build a stronger watercolor society.

I miss those meetings and am hoping to reestablish them, especially for members in the northern region.  I will hold a get together at my home in St. Petersburg on May 22^nd  at 11:30.  It is an initial meeting before summer begins when we all head to cooler climates.  My intent is that when we resume in the fall, our meetings could be held monthly.

So that I know how many people to expect, please RSVP.  Bring your lunch; I will provide refreshments and dessert. Also bring something creative that represents what you do. If you have something that needs a gentle critique, that would be welcomed, too.
